Este artigo focaliza atributos de uma categoria de arranjo musical que se tornam informações indissociáveis da canção para a qual foi feito, desempenhando um papel significativo no plano composicional da obra. O planejamento estrutural de determinado arranjo, assim como a definição da textura sonora que sustentará a melodia, passam as ser parâmetros que identificam a própria canção. O arranjo de Rogério Duprat para a canção “Construção”, de Chico Buarque de Holanda, é o trabalho escolhido para desenvolver as análises. ||This article focuses on the attributes of a musical arrangement category which turn into information that is inseparable from the song for which it was made, thus playing a significant role in the compositional plan of the work. Planning a certain arrangement structurally and defining its sound texture that will sustain the melody are then the parameters which identify the song itself.
