A variety of studies in the area of research of genre are becoming possible due to the increase of the methodological universe of History. In this sense, the proposed article searches for representations present on the dramaturgical production of Leilah Assunção between 1968 ' 1970, the moment of the change of Brazilian theater's face. Through the analysis of the dramaturgical discourse present in the role-plays 'Use Pó de Arroz Bijou' and 'Fala baixo, senão eu grito', it is possible to realize the social tension emergent from the Brazilian military dictatorship and the author's emphasis in the scope of the discursion of roles and female sexuality in the public space (professional) and private (familiar).||A ampliação do universo metodológico da História vem possibilitando estudos diversificados no campo da pesquisa de gênero. Nesse sentido, o artigo proposto busca sondar as representações presentes na produção dramatúrgica de Leilah Assunção entre 1968 e 1970, momento de alteração da fisionomia do teatro brasileiro. Através da análise do discurso dramatúrgico expresso nas peças Use Pó de Arroz Bijou e Fala baixo, senão eu grito torna-se possível perceber as tensões sociais emergentes em plena ditadura militar no Brasil e a ênfase da autora no âmbito da discussão dos papéis e da sexualidade feminina no espaço público (profissional) e privado (familiar).
