Resumo. O presente texto discute o que seriam as Ciências Normativas, explicitadas em duas palestras proferidas por Peirce em 1903, a partir de uma reflexão sobre a classificação das Ciências proposta por este autor. No entendimento das Ciências Normativas estariam as chaves para a correta consideração da imagem da subjetividade humana implícita no pensamento de Peirce na fase madura das conferências sobre o Pragmatismo. Summary. This paper discusses what would be the Normative Sciences as exposed by Peirce in two his 1903 lectures, beginning with a reflection on the classification of Sciences proposed by him. Through a clear understanding of the Normative Sciences, would be the keys to the correct account of the image of human subjectivity of as it is implicitly findable in Peirce’s mature thought expressed in his Pragmatism lectures
