As relações entre mídia e Poder Judiciário ao longo da história não são lineares. Os vasos comunicantes entre ambos apreendem as tensões que emergem da própria sociedade, no contexto da cultura e de valores. Na instância do discurso jurídico, esse cotejo é usualmente permeado por diferentes normas jurídicas, que colocam em cena os significantes da verdade e da justiça. A partir daí, este ensaio tem por escopo a análise da dialética entre verdade e logro ao longo de algumas percepções da história como forma de identificar o atual estado da arte da ética e transparência em exame comparativo situado no âmbito do sistema constitucional brasileiro vigente.||The relationships between media and the Judiciary throughout history have never beent linear. The communicating vessels between them bring out the tensions emerging from society in the context of culture and values. As regards legal discourse, that interplay is usually permeated by different legal precepts which put into play the signifiers of truth and justice. From that standpoint, this test seeks to analyse the dialectics between truth and falsehood of some perceptions of history, so as to identify the current state of the art of ethics and transparency by means of a comparative examination focused on the current Brazilian constitutional system.
