Thinking about the possibilities of the use of communication technologies and information to facilitate educational processes is a challenge to use that ammount of innovation and significant changes. In this way, this article relates the concepts of thought, language, speech, statement, voice response and experience, among others, the use of blogs in education, bringing cuttings from previous studies and illustrate some possible educational opportunities through the blogs. Thus, the text presents the definition of blog, Its characteristics and suggests some possibilities in its use as teaching space to mediate alternative educational processes. At the same time, some notes listed in the language that supports communication on the blog and emphasizes the need to expand the space for discussion, sharing information and knowledge in order to create a network of interaction and also arise from other studies and research possibilities of this theme.||Pensar as possibilidades de uso das tecnologias de comunicação e de informação para mediar os processos educativos é um desafio atual, a fim de que este uso acrescente inovação e mudanças significativas. Neste rumo, este artigo relaciona os conceitos de pensamento, linguagem, discurso, enunciado, voz responsiva e experiência, entre outros, com a utilização dos blogs na educação, trazendo recortes de estudos já realizados e ilustrando algumas possibilidades pedagógicas possíveis através dos blogs. Desta forma, o texto apresenta a definição de blog, suas características e aponta algumas possibilidades pedagógicas na sua utilização como espaço alternativo para mediar processos educativos. Ao mesmo tempo, assinala alguns enunciados presentes na linguagem que suporta a comunicação no blog e ressalta a necessidade de ampliar o espaço para discussão, compartilhando informações e conhecimentos a fim se criar uma rede de interação e a partir disso surgir outras possibilidades de estudos e pesquisas desta temática.
