This paper, which starts from the documentary-bibliographical method with a hermeneutical-analytical approach, aims to expose the genealogy of contemporary neoliberal homo digitalis from the subjective stages that preceded it. This in order to demonstrate that what is today the preferred biotype of the system has really been a historical and revolutionary evolution by neoliberalism, which is updated every time it generates a crisis. To achieve what is proposed, the writing is divided into three sections: the first, which presents homo consumens as an ignored stage of the subjective development of neoliberal capitalism; the second, which speaks of homo oeconomicus, the best-known moment of the systemic development of subjective order and; finally, homo digitalis is deepened, the current stage of control by the system. All this in order to be able to demonstrate that the condition of neoliberal dominance that is developing today in subjective terms is a constant synthesis of previous stages, so it is necessary to delve genealogically into this conceptual evolution to understand precisely what neoliberalism is. nowadays.||La presente investigación, que parte del método documental-bibliográfico con enfoque hermenéutico-analítico, tiene por objetivo exponer la genealogía del homo digitalis neoliberal contemporáneo a partir de las etapas subjetivas que lo precedieron. Esto con el fin de demostrar que lo que hoy en día es el biotipo predilecto del sistema ha sido, realmente, una evolución histórica y revolucionaria por parte del neoliberalismo, el cual se actualiza cada que genera una crisis. Para conseguir lo propuesto el escrito se divide en tres acápites: el primero, que presenta al homo consumens como una etapa ignorada del desarrollo subjetivo del capitalismo neoliberal; el segundo, que habla del homo oeconomicus, el momento más conocido del desarrollo sistémico de orden subjetivo y; finalmente, se profundiza en el homo digitalis, la etapa actual de control por parte del sistema. Todo esto con el fin de poder demostrar que la condición de dominio neoliberal que se desarrolla hoy en día en términos subjetivos es una constante síntesis etapas anteriores, por lo que es menester profundizar genealógicamente en esta evolución conceptual para comprender de forma precisa qué es el neoliberalismo en la actualidad.
