This text suggests that, in face of the challenges presented by what became known as the Anthropocene – whose most dramatic manifestation is climate change –, on one hand, and of the possibility of an “explosion of superintelligence” in the field of artificial intelligence, on the other, three abilities will be required for the existence of human collectivities in the future: of being capable of ethical evaluation of new technological possibilities; of reflexive and creative action inside of a context of unsurmountable uncertainties; and the ability to construct pragmatic alliances with peoples and forms of life that exist in episteme regimes that are not ours. Such abilities are embodied in the figure of the philosopher-engineer-dancer, or more appropriately, the ethicist-bricoleur-choreographer.
||Este texto argumenta que, ante os desafios postos pelo que se convencionou chamar de Antropoceno – cuja manifestação mais dramática são as mudanças climáticas –, por um lado, e pela possibilidade de uma “explosão de superinteligência” no campo da inteligência artificial, por outro, três habilidades serão fundamentais para a existência das coletividades humanas no futuro: a de ser capaz de avaliação ética das novas possibilidades tecnológicas; a de ação reflexiva e criativa dentro de um contexto de incertezas incontornáveis; e habilidade para construir alianças pragmáticas com povos e formas de vida com os quais não se compartem regimes epistêmicos. Tais habilidades encarnam-se na figura do filósofo-engenheiro-dançarino, ou, mais apropriadamente, do eticista-bricoleur-coreógrafo.
