Na Amazônia e em especial no Pará, a reivindicação por reconhecimento de direitos é tarefa diuturna entre indígenas e quilombolas. Hoje, como no passado, os direitos continuam desrespeitados, apesar da agência que protagonistas indígenas e quilombolas empreendem. Entre as de violações de direitos, encontram-se as situações de violência enfrentadas por mulheres étnica e racialmente discriminadas e sujeitas a violências de gênero. Traz-se ao público situações nas quais as mulheres “pagam com o corpo” o fato de não se garantir direitos diferenciados.||In the Amazon and especially in Pará the demand for recognition of rights is a daily task between indigenous and quilombolas persons. Today, as in the past, rights are still disrespected, despite the agency that indigenous and quilombolas protagonists undertake. Among the rights hardly respected there are situations of violence faced by ethnic and racially discriminated women, subjected to rape and gender violence. This article brings to the public situations in which women “pay with the body” for the failure to ensure differentiated rights
