The text discusses the work and health problems of teachers based on the contribution of the clinic of the activity. In this sense, it mobilizes the conceptual frameworks of the theoretical-methodological perspective of the clinic of the activity to think about the place of the collective and its dynamics in the work-health processes in the broader professional field and, in particular, in the field of teaching work.||O texto discute a problemática do trabalho e da saúde dos professores tendo como base o aporte da clínica da atividade. Nesse sentido, mobiliza os quadros conceituais da perspectiva teórico-metodológica da clínica da atividade para pensar o lugar do coletivo e de suas dinâmicas nos processos trabalho-saúde no campo profissional mais amplo e, em particular, no âmbito do trabalho docente.
