Este estudo tem por objetivo apresentar uma breve reflexão sobre as opiniões teórico-críticas que auxiliam na interpretação acadêmica do texto literário, bem como mostrar as relações dialógicas e intertextuais que podem ser estabelecidas entre os poemas “Motivo” de Cecília Meireles e “Razão de Ser” de Paulo Leminski (1986); considerando que o poema de Leminski modifica o de Cecília, especialmente pela renovação da linguagem. Serão analisados também os aspectos que aproximam os poemas em função das significações embutidas nos recursos estilísticos; a linguagem simbólica, cujos elementos se inserem no contexto do processo criativo, reforçando o estado crítico dos poetas na análise e avaliação da sua capacidade de criação; as metáforas que mesmo causando um efeito de atribuição inesperada ou improvável, contribuem para que se amplie o significado dos poemas; e a presença de rimas que, além de conferirem ritmo e sonoridade, reforçam o tema do existencialismo concretizado nos poemas. Intertextualidade.||This study aims to present a brief reflection about theorical-critic opinions that help in academic interpretation of the literary text, as well as to show the dialogic and intertextual relationships established between the poems “Motivo” by Cecília Meireles and “Razão de Ser” by Paulo Leminski, specially because of the language renovation. The analysis also concerns to the aspects that approximate the poems due to the signifyings into the stylistc resources: the symbolic language, whose elements are insert in the context of the creative process, reinforcing the critical state of the poets in the analysis and evaluation of their capacity of creation; the metaphors that, even causing an effect of unexpected or unlikely attribution, contribute to extend the signification of the poems, and the rhimes that, besides confering rhythm and sonority, reinforce the theme of existentialism concretized into the poems.
