After breaking with the active idealism and positive conception of Hegel’s State, Marx began a critical inquiry into the terrain of civil society. The Economic and philosophical manuscripts record his first critique of political economy and the search for a new theory of social being, where the famous theory of stranged labour takes place. This paper emphasizes the guiding presence of the problem of human needs in this theory and argues that the perspective of rich needs constitutes, as a dialectical-negative reference, the logical assumption of criticism in the Manuscripts. Needs have for Marx an historical-infinite and material-subjective nature, presenting a special ontological configuration for an immanent materialist critique. This conception leaves behind the economic concept of wealth and deals with an open immanence forward, to new needs. The radicality of this theory can be productive for the elaboration of social criticism driven by the diversity of the present time.
||Após romper com o idealismo ativo e com a concepção positiva do Estado de Hegel, Marx iniciou uma investigação crítica sobre o terreno da sociedade civil. Os Manuscritos econômico-filosóficosregistram sua primeira crítica da economia política e a busca por uma nova teoria do ser social, onde tem lugar a famosa teoria sobre trabalho estranhado. Este artigo enfatiza a presença orientadora do problema das necessidades humanas nessa teoria e argumenta que a perspectiva das necessidades ricas constitui, como uma referência dialético-negativa, o pressuposto lógico da crítica nos Manuscritos. As necessidades possuem para Marx uma natureza histórico-infinita e material-subjetiva, apresentando uma especial configuração ontológica para uma crítica materialista de caráter imanente. Essa concepção deixa para trás o conceito econômico de riqueza e lida com uma imanência aberta para a frente, para novas necessidades. A radicalidade dessa teoria pode ser produtiva para a elaboração da crítica social movida pela diversidade do tempo presente.
