This study is mainly aimed to contribute to the debate about the teaching of philosophy in Brazil and the possibilities of thinking about curriculum reform in this field of knowledge from the perspective of thinking difference as molar change point. For this trait that makes some provocative points the reader to wonder about the legitimacy of other ways of thinking philosophy out of the Brazilian educational system considered appropriate in the establishment of general rules. It is in this framework that the design is thought that the law is a law 10.639/03 deviation, be a singularity within a general order system. Esplanades are briefly some possibilities for the genesis of what would teach-learn to think (more specifically the case of teaching philosophy) and how it is a becoming black minority. The conclusions point to the need in the rebuilding of the curricular direction facing the philosophical disciplines with a unique philosophy of descentralization, a European.||Este estudo tem como objetivo central contribuir para o debate acerca do ensino de Filosofia no Brasil e as possibilidades de se pensar uma reforma curricular nesse campo do saber através da perspectiva de pensar a diferença como ponto molar de mudança. Para isso traçamos alguns pontos provocativos que põe o leitor a se questionar sobre a legitimidade de outras formas de se pensar a Filosofia para além do que o sistema educacional brasileiro considerou adequado ao estabelecimento de regras gerais amparadas legalmente. É nesse quadro que se é pensada a concepção de que a lei 10.639/03 seja uma lei do desvio, ou seja, uma singularidade dentro de um sistema ordenatório geral. Explanamos possibilidades de se pensar a gênese do que seria ensinar/aprender Filosofia e como se constitui um devir minoritário negro. Contamos a necessidade da reconstituição do sentido curricular voltado para as disciplinas filosóficas com a descentralização de uma única Filosofia, a europeia.
