This work analyzes the themes of amorous discourse and the literary chronotope in the figures of dream, reality and illusion present in Dostoevsky's literary universe. Based on Mikhail Bakhtin's literary theory and Roland Barthes' text theory, Dostoevsky's work does not reflect reality, but refracts the world from the point of view of the threshold (Bakhtin). This author's perspective takes place between reality and imagination through his “dreamer” type heroes. A dreamy character moves away from “real” life in search of a second and double life, another so real that we can only find it in verbal creation.||Este trabalho analisa os temas do discurso amoroso e do cronótopo literário nas figuras do sonho, da realidade e da ilusão presentes no universo literário de Dostoiévski. Tomando por base a teoria literária de Mikhail Bakhtin e a teoria do texto de Roland Barthes, a obra de Dostoiévski não reflete a realidade, mas refrata o mundo do ponto de vista do limiar (Bakhtin). Essa perspectiva do autor se dá entre a realidade e a imaginação por meio de seus heróis do tipo “sonhador”. Um personagem sonhador se afasta da vida “real” em busca de uma segunda e dupla vida outra tão real que só podemos encontrá-la na criação verbal.
