ABSTRACT: The following article intends to demonstrate that even a collective musical education aiming at a technicalist formation with a functional bias directed towards a specific purpose and destined to a religious community, like that established in the Cultural Project in progress in the Church of Concórdia, can attend the subjective values pertinent to music and their ability to work subjectively for the integral development of the individual. It also points to the fact that a Project of this nature can have a favorable social and cultural impact on neighborhoods with poverty and/or criminality rates and in the communities in which it operates, constructing identity traits of this territory, as well as assisting individuals to obtain a better aesthetic and humanitarian development, which demonstrates in a subliminal way the interdisciplinar meaning of this language.Keywords: Collective education; cultural Project; Church of Concórdia.||O artigo que se segue pretende demonstrar que mesmo um ensino musical coletivo objetivando uma formação tecnicista com um viés funcional voltado para um fim específico e destinado a uma comunidade religiosa, como aquele desenvolvido no Projeto Cultural realizado na Igreja de Concórdia, pode atender aos valores subjetivos atinentes à música e sua capacidade de trabalhar subjetivamente em prol do desenvolvimento integral do indivíduo. Também aponta para o fato de que um projeto desta natureza pode ter um alcance social e cultural favorável em bairros com taxas de pobreza e/ou criminalidade e nas comunidades em que atua, construindo traços identitários deste território, além de auxiliar os indivíduos a obterem melhor desenvolvimento estético, humanitário, o que demonstra de forma subliminar o sentido interdisciplinar desta linguagem.
