A presente pesquisa investiga a trajetória musical da banda paulista de thrash metal
Nervosa, formada integralmente por mulheres, constituinte de um gênero musical
excessivamente masculino, evidenciando os espaços de disputa e protagonismo
feminino evidenciando as negociações no campo social, musical, estético, técnico e
de elementos de performance, que carregam o grupo a ocupar uma posição de
destaque nesta cena, seja pela presença na programação dos principais festivais de
heavy metal no mundo, no contrato com gravadoras, espaço na mídia e impacto na
formação de outras bandas formadas por mulheres. Em busca de contribuir para o
aumento do repertório de referências de pessoas, músicas, discos e eventos na
história do heavy metal em um esforço de diminuir seu androcentrismo.||This research investigates the musical trajectory of the São Paulo thrash metal band
Nervosa, formed entirely by women, constituting an excessively masculine musical
genre, highlighting the spaces of dispute and female protagonist, evidencing the
negotiations in the social, musical, aesthetic, technical and social fields. performance
elements, which lead the group to occupy a prominent position in this scene, either
by its presence in the programming of the main heavy metal festivals in the world, in
the contract with record companies, space in the media and impact on the formation
of other bands formed by women. Seeking to contribute to the growing repertoire of
references to people, songs, records and events in heavy metal history in an effort to
reduce its androcentrism.
